Our pasture raised lambs will be available in late 2017. Lambs are rotationally grazed on pasture to ensure the health of the animals and land. Our Finnsheep lambs are naturally juicy, tender, and lean, without the strong gaminess commonly associated with lamb.

 

This heritage breed produces a smaller lamb with a hanging weight of 30-40 pounds, perfect for a small family.

 

$10 per pound, hanging weight and buyer pays butchering and cut and wrap fees, typically about $125. You determine what type of cuts you want! Lambs will be humanely slaughtered and butchered by the skillful Farmstead Meatsmith

A half lamb easily fits in a typical beer box so you don't need a chest freezer to be able to enjoy this high quality meat!

Pick up locally on Bainbridge Island or delivery to Seattle.
